“I have used confused.com quite a few times now and generally find it to gets me the best deals. I love the option of a Halfords voucher too as we always use that. Unfortunately, I've been trying to buy an Admiral quote for home building insurance. On Tuesday night I got as far as putting all my Bank details in, then the 'Aww Snap ' page came on my screen. I have high speed fibre broadband and I know there's nothing wrong with my connection. I've since been back on to retrieve my quote, probably around 30 times now but every time, it's going to the 'Aww Snap' page straight away. I tried the quote from Tesco via Confused.com and that seemed to be working fine but it's the Admiral one I want. I think the problem is with Admiral. I've been too busy with work to do anything about it yet but over the weekend, I'll start from scratch again and hopefully get the insurance I've chosen. Never had any problems before and I don't think it's anything to do with Confused.com. Thanks.”

“The process was fairly clear, if - out of necessity - rather laborious. As ever with comparison sites, there is always the mystery of why some providers are cheaper than others but, at the end of the day, you have to make a choice, albeit perhaps not based on anything more than a hunch.”
