“It was easy to get quotes considering I used them last year it was a surprise that some of my information retained for quoting was incorrect. I was offered a range of quotes they wanted me to choose from with a higher excess than I requested -So the customer is wrong? I would have retained a previous supplier but it involved more admin I bought on the site having modified my quote retaining the perks of a reward voucher as the competitor offered the same without rewarding us for buying and adding a extra layer of admin”
