“Used this site. Not impressed. I especially asked for agent to call back if my phone cut off which she didn't. Half way through doing renewal a survey cut in and I lost contact. Thus, you lost my business.”

“Confused as to be expected - good. However, Direct Line not so good. But this could be said of all the other comparison sites who come up with Direct Line as a quote option. Could not get through via digital technology. Had to rely on a good old phone call to get anywhere. I have insurance.”

“It was not easy to use the compare site initially because I’m not that good with IT things but after awhile I found it okay and it’s been good to use because of the comparison quotes given. I was able to get a cheaper quote than my previous Insurer had provided so it saved me money. In the future I will be using it for comparisons and learning how to get the best results. Wendy”
