“was easier and better organised to what customer wanted. the other site i used i had to keep adding on the extras and then it came far more expensive where as they are added in to price mention on here better.”

“I found the site easy to navigate, the insurance quote was lower with Confused.com than other websites for the same policy. I gave it an 8 because I would advise people to always looks at all the different sites before decided which to go by. As I say, in this instance Confused.com was by far the best for my needs - lets see what next year brings.”

“I used Confused.com initially as I could collect Avios via my BA Club eStore. Once completing the very comprehensive details and preferences on the Confused.com pages my quotes from over 20 insurers was presented, from cheap to expensive compared to my expiring policy. But on clicking through on a favourable priced option I found that the price quoted didn’t always include the exact preferences I had completed on the initial Confused questions. Importantly, like Do you protect your NCD hadn’t been included and had to re-tick this option on the insurers site. So by tweaking these to ensure I got a like for like cover the price gradually increased from what originally looked attractive. BE ADVISED CHECK EXACT cover & preferences match once on the insurers quote!! On the other hand I was happy to see some add-ons or extras that I wouldn’t normally select WERE included by default like personal injury albeit at the standard level that you can tweak for increased cover. Same with annual mileage which I set at 4000 and good to see the insurers minimum on their policy was 6000. I chose General Accident which once tweaking the cover still came out cheaper than my renewal offer from Aviva and with some added extras. Strangely, GA is actually owned by AVIVA as their digital online presence for comparison sites.”
