“Good prices although I have asked for a quite slightly too early. The cheaper quotes are good, BUT NOT the best ones if someone is likely to Make changes to their policies 2-3 times a year with some adding admin fees of £20-45 extra. Rather excessive considering it’s just an editing click for minor changes . If someone may Mae changes , best just Look up the make amendment prices and paying that little extra may lower or in some cases, make changes for free. Don’t run too many quotes as it’s all against your credit file. If someone does need to pay by instalments , watch the APR and read what action is taken on default /late payment . At my age it’s very low cost insurance for a high grade performance car, but remember a good car needs as good as insurance as possible and remeber a car in finance costs extra to insure because you only hire in until it’s paid for so ensure you have got a GAP Policy incase there a need to claim. Add keys to car as well as a £20 key cover is cheaper than new keys coded, fitted and installed. If unsure of mileage you do, check in between MOTs and add a little extra to cover you. I have selected an insurer, just awaiting my current insurer to send out its quote for new in about 2-3 weeks. I will buy a Policy before 31/3 to avoid any new financial year increases in fees.”
