“I completed all the questions, WITH TOTAL ACCURACY, including a speeding offence by my husband. Your site produced a quotation of £249.69 for AA Silver insurance....so I paid £249.69 to the AA...who then sent me an email confirming cover, together with full details. When I checked everything I discovered that the "FACTS" I had provided failed to report my husbands speeding offence. AA tell me that this is not the first time this problem has occurred with your comparison site, and they would require another £150. so I have cancelled the insurance and must now seek repayment. This is without doubt the last time I will use Confused.com.....since it is not reliable. Sadly I will not be advising anyone to use Confused.com”

“Good choice of insurers however there seemed to be an extensive amount of add ons which obviously pushed the original quotes to a much more expensive cover. I don’t remember this amount of add ons when checked previously”

“Every time I go onto my quotes in the account it has to look through them all again this process can be annoying especially if the quote has yet to expire. Maybe have access to your quotes if still valid. Otherwise have a banner over it saying expired.”
