Here is how to claim your reward after buying car, home, or van insurance: Open the app: Start by downloading or opening the Confused.com app from your device's app store/play store. Claiming: Go to the "Rewards" section, log in, tap "Claim my reward" and complete the required questions on the reward claim form. Timeline: We then need to verify your policy details (like your policy number and insurer). This can take up to 14 working days. “The prices look good until you start reading the small print and realise some of the things they are asking for as part of your policy are ridiculous. Plus the quotes are for the most basic so when you get what you want expect another £100+”
