I asked for a quote approximately 15 days before I purchased the car, when I went back to purchase the car it went up by over £100 wow this is wrong and frankly sounds fraudulent”
“Didnt reflect my insurance requirements nor when following up links to insurers were there sufficient options to make changes. I decided to renew with existing insurer.”

“I am generally very happy with using Confused.com to identify a good company to renew my car insurance. However, it was disappointing to receive an email from Confused.com just one day AFTER renewing the policy saying that they are reducing to £30 reward to £20. That is moving the goal posts and leaves an unpleasant feeling. I hope that they will act in good faith and allow me to receive the £30 reward that was indicated on the quotations that I received.”
