“Confused.com is as good as the other comparison sites. Use at least three. I suggest following the method on the Martin Lewis Money Saving Expert website. In this case Confused seemed to give the best deal, though I now notice that the insurance does not include a hire car if the car is a complete loss. Another case where the options provided by comparison websites don't show the dirty tricks used by supposedly reputable insurance companies , in this case the AA, to trim the coverage of their policies to reduce the price (Oh you want coverage Sir... that'll be an extra ££.). Wish Saga hadn't charged a £30 renewal fee (for what, exactly?), or I would have stayed with them.”
