“Found a car insurance policy but not easily because not able to compare two or more policies against each other and not all details were available( such as fees) unless you went to the provider's website or searched separately on the Internet for the information. In addition, providers gave a false impression of what was included in policy until you actually visited their website, which further complicated comparing insurance cover.”
“It’s ok to use as a guide for comparison purposes but when it comes to picking up the perks they offer for using them to switch it’s a different story. The responses are non existent and so far I’ve switched two policies but no vouchers have been provided or response received very bad service”
