“Got a quote dated 1 march so i cd check the prices.swinton showed a good price,offer closing that day.bought the insurance then on confirmation saw that they had taken the quote date as the start day.I explained and asked them to change the date to 15 may.they said no i had to cancel and it wd cost me 40£. Since I was with them you wd think they wd automatically make sure the new policy started when the old one finished.Staff really slow waffling on-bottom line is they want yr money and no help.Id rather pay more but Im never going bk to swinton . Error occured because of comparison site. So tedious.”
