“Decided to go with aviva, (The Cheapest option) but after spending 10 minutes confirming everything got told they could not help me and I needed to speak to an insurance investigator. I phoned the number provided only to be told there was a waiting time of 1 hour. I tried General accident and went through the same procedure only to find the same. I have been driving for nearly 50 years, have full no claims bonus with no accidents or convictions. This is ridiculous and time wasting. I eventually went to Hasting's and my application went straight through. I say strike off Aviva from your lists as I am now plagued with e-mails. Most disappointed.”

“This is my second year with Confused com and I would now not use anyone else.
