“Your headline "click bait" figures were not the actual price that was being offered by the insurance provider, and was just their lowest price with no options. This policy led to me wasting half an hour of my life.”

As we are a comparison website, we don’t calculate the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. “I was given quotes that looked like good deals and then when I followed the link to retrieve them on the insurers site, it not longer existed. Tried for hours , multiple times and I could never actually retrieve my quote. Misleading deals.”

“I have not used you this year due to the fact that a lot of your insurance companies are now internet based and are very frustrating to deal with, so I have managed to use a broker that I can speak to directly and he has given me a price equal to what you are offering. In summing you cant beat the old ways of speakingt to somebody”
