“Very good except I had a problem when trying to purchase insurance”

“This particular time you emailed me prior to renewal and I looked they seemed pretty good but I had to wait until a little nearer the date as my pension was due to be paid so a week later I went back to your app but the renewal prices had changed dramatically so I would like to go through you but on this occasion I stayed with my existing insurance company as considerably cheaper but I would still recommend confused and try again for house and car quote next year”

“I made a decision to buy a car based on a quotes on confused.com. When I finally bought the car and wanted to insure with 1st central via confused, I filled all the info and after the step where I was setting up the direct debit I was declined the insurance. Because of this I had to buy much more expensive insurance from a different company. I was misleaded and I would buy different car with cheaper insurance if I wasn’t presented with this quote that finally was not available to purchase”
