A month and a half ago we purchased a projector from them. It was described as an out of the package, new, undamaged and tested SVGA projector. When arrived the projector was not working. I contacted them and they claimed it was tested and advised that I contact the manufacturer.
The manufacturer picked up the projector and found out it was broken on the inside, and faulty. They then shipped us a new unit, but then also notified us that the UNIT in fact does not not support SVGA.
I then contracted Compuadvance, who have been stalling over over a month and a half with unsigned email with vague answers and no progress. They have my money for selling a product that was faulty and not as described.
I demanded to return the product or replace it with a product that fits the description, but compuadvance is still doing nothing about it besides making excuses like "I will ask the manager", The manager is travelling outside at the moment" and so on, trying to charge me extra for replacing the product for an older model that supports the features as described, ignoring the time wasted and what I went through.
