“I took my Suzuki Swift for a winter service and first 2000 mile service. As with buying the car, the customer service was excellent. All the service staff couldn't do enough for me and were very good at explaining what checks would be done on my car. I got it back in tip top condition. Thank you so much to all at Colin Appleyard, Ashton.”

“Very helpful staff. An excellent customer experience. From test drive to purchase and receipt of car we were kept fully informed. Everything we needed to know about the purchase was fully explained including gap insurance and the Gen 3 Glass coating. I did check out these online to make sure they were value for money and indeed they were. It's the third car we have purchased from Colin Appleyard and each time we have been more than satisfied.”

“I've been a satisfied customer for almost 20 years. However, I raised a complaint but noone had the decency to respond. They couldn't even be bothered to follow their own complaints procedure. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.”

“I am very happy with my used Vitara SZ5, I saw it on another Colin Appleyard branch online and the Ashton branch brought it for me to view, I was very pleased with the condition of the car and the valet was brilliant,it looked like a new one. Chris Robinson (salesman )was very friendly, kept me informed about the delivery of the vehicle and everything else. In fact the whole team, finance, admin, and service were great. “Suzuki Bradford are one of the best dealerships I have ever used in every respect from sales, all aspects of customer care, through to excellent vehicle service always comprehensively explained by the operative for further peace of mind. Then when the time comes to exchange your vehicle are fair and honest to ensure there is no doubt you would want to continue using Colin Appleyard again and again.
