“Colin Appleyard are the best Car Dealership we have dealt with. From start to finish, so helpful. I couldn’t drive after having a motor accident, they came and picked us up to look at the Vitara we had seen advertised and delivered the car once the Insurance got sorted. Nick, from Ashton, and all the team kept us informed every step of the way. This is our 3rd Vitara but the first purchased from them. We will certainly be returning when we need our next car. Thank you for such excellent service.”

“My wife & I have been dealing with Appleyards for some considerable time.Generally they always provide what it says on the tin. Our first point of contact was with Matthew Butterfield. We were impressed with his knowledge & professional skill. He has remained the 'go to' for most aspects of our Appleyards experience. He creates the impression that the entire operation functions at his own high level. We ceased our relationship with Appleyards for a while when Susuki could not provide the particular kind of vehicle we required, then renewed contact with Matthew in December 2021. Our purchasing habits were re-established. Fast forward to late March 2024. Our car in for service. We spoke with Matthew & somehow, after conversations spread over three days, we emerged with a new car. The Appleyards operation & Matthew in particular were somehow better than ever.”

“My parents have had a number of cars from yourselves, and my mum told me to come join the family! ...Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish with Matthew Butterfield at Colin Appleyard Keighley Branch. I went to look for a new car on the Wednesday, after looking around all the cars we were not pestered, no one came to try talk us into anything, we were left at our own leasure which was lovely compared to most!! We found a lovely car which I wanted to test drive and with no hassle at all, Matthew got me behind the wheel straight away! A few checks and questions and a full check of my liscence etc and I was away! Everything was so smoothly done! The car is stunning! But I still had a couple of test drives from other places booked in that day, when we came back he asked how it went, I explained I loved it but had to drive another car that afternoon, there was no bother at all. He gave us a card and said to come back or call if needed. Of course I went back after driving the other cars! The service and the car it's self was stunning (suzuki vitara 4x4 estate). Placed a deposit, did a few tick box questions and away. I really needed a car ASAP, sent the ballance the next day, and from going in Wednesday, I was driving away the following Saturday afternoon! Just about 3 days later! Everything was fab, start to finish. They have some fantastic deals etc and a few other fancy add ons too! But nothing is pressured! Fab experience and me and my daughters love our new car!”
