I love my cohorted box, it is by far the best subscription box. However there is a lot of repetition. This is great when its face masks or something else you use a lot of but contour palates, highlighter sticks - I really don't need more than one!

Have been a subscriber for a few months now and have been genuinely impressed so far, and i know that you have to make boxes to suit all. However, I felt this months box (September) was a bit of a disappointment, 2 sample lipsticks, 1 sample face cream, a contour kit that wont suit my pale complexion. Will try the face/eye masks and eye shadow is cute. Hopefully Octobers box will be a more exciting.

Loved this box initially although my lip gloss had already been used - i could tell this as there was a pink smear on the applicator! And once again, the bronzer was too light for my skin. I do enjoy receiving the box but am finding myself giving away more than I use, and the value of the box is often wildly over inflated. It’s nice to be introduced to brands I haven’t tried yet but as I am dark skinned the makeup is inevitably aimed solely at a Caucasian complexion with no option to select anything else which is frustrating. On the whole, it could certainly do better!

Box arrived late and I wasn't overly happy with the same brand for everything, the whole reason I order these boxes is to try different products

I've had two goodish boxes and two not great boxes so I'm not overwhelmed with the contents each month. I'd prefer a mixture of brands than the brand focus boxes, I feel like with those you're either likely to not get on with everything or love it all. Too risky for me!

I wouldn’t really say cohorted have made me happy from late delivery last month (I can understand the reason why) and a product missing to this month having that missing product replaced with a couple of samples one of which was again missing (Clarins) doesn’t really give you the premium experience you’d expect for the price of this box. Willing to give it one more month to see if things improve....

I was very disappointed with the April box! Having not received the Mac mascara & being told that we would receive an extra item in this box. The Shampoo, conditioner & mist spray I thought was a very poor choice, I also did not receive the Clarins sampler that was said to be included.

Products are amazing - when they are your colour. I got a contour palette in March that was medium. I am pale at best and you need to tailor your products to the customer if you are a beauty box - as the industry knows everyone is different. This is the 2nd (out of 2) box that have fallen apart. I am in love with the hair products though. Tried the salt spray as soon as I got it and it works a treat.

Cohorted box is good, although it is not exciting. As it repeats its products from different makes. If I was a make up artist and reviewer perhaps I would have loved it but as I am not, it is difficult to use all the products all the time. It would be good if it included more skincare :)

Although some of the products are good, it's not personalised enough, this month I got shampoo & conditioner for fuller hair, something don't need and will not use, also got the same lip gloss as a just a few months ago, in gold I will not use. For £35 I expect it more personalised and not rehashing previous months...

Loved the balancing cream - smells amazing and is surprisingly hydrating. However, one of the products was missing from box (a sample cream from Clarins).

Well at first i was happy but lately the boxes have been arriving late and falling apart and had the book missing. Tried to call cohorted but it rang for ages then hung up twice. Cant get through to anyone. Tfying to find a new high end beauty box company now.

The value of the subscribtion box is just creat, however I missed the variaty of products. January box contained products which did not suit my dry and sensitive skin, also it contained three products (body wash, scrub and lotion) of the same brand and smell. Ironically, smell of rose is the only I never buy so, I won't use it. In addition, I missed makeup products which. It would be great if it always would be a mix of makeup and products for body.

quite happy but disappointed that marc jacobs was only a travel size yet you stated that it was £25.00...this was for the full sized product as i ordered another one from John Lewis and it was twice the size for £25.00 Also my box did not arrive until quite late in January
