Cohorted have failed to answer 3 requests for a subscription address change. The products are pointless if they fail to get to the intended customer.

Although it's high end products this month I was more disappointed. As it was all sleep products but unfortunately all lavender. Which is one of the only smells I can't stand. Last month was only hair products , to be honest I like the variations with all different types of products such as hair , make up, other bits and pieces. Hoping the next box will be better.

Update following my previous review. I can confirm that following a few weeks of frustration and very little support from Cohorted customer services, one of Cohorted's managers has intervened to resolve the issues I was facing. As described in my prior review, I had paid for and not received two beauty boxes and had received numerous unclear, misleading and unhelpful responses from Cohorted customer services. My issues have now been resolved and the standard of assistance really has been excellent, it's just a shame that it took so many messages and complaints to get to this point. If only all dealings with Cohorted could be to such a high standard. I have changed my review score to 3 stars to reflect my overall experience as a long term subscriber. I will consider resubscribing in the near future.

Thank you for your feedback. With Cohorted being a beauty subscription box, we understand naturally that not every single product will be loved by each individual customer. We do offer a returns service, where you are able to return the beauty box unused for a full refund.
I was a little disappointed as this was my very first Cohorted Beauty Box and I did not receive the BYBI Plumber Lip Balm or the Show Beauty Texturing Spray as outlined in the Cohorted January booklet. I am looking forward to trying the lip mask and the Sachajuan Hair repair. The Jaclynn Hill eyeshadow palette had too much reds, but I may be able to use as blushes instead.

Overall I enjoy the boxes but my January box was quite disappointing. The items are more from budget brands and this is the second eye shadow pallet in a row. Hopefully feb is better or ill be deciding on if I want to continue receiving the boxes.

I was a bit disappointed in the January Box, but guess I was just unlucky in that I already had the Morphe Palette and the Bybi Lip Balm and I don't really get on with Show Beauty Hair Products they don't suit my curly hair and we seem to have had a lot of this brand over the last 12 months. Also I am always a little baffled as to why a premium Beauty Box would include Morphe as this is a budget brand and very hit and miss in the quality of their products, I stopped buying this brand a few years ago as the quality seemed to be getting worse. I'm sure plenty of subscribers would love the products but just not for me this time :( fingers crossed that Febs Box is better.

I know it's hard to please everyone as we all have different skin types / tastes in makeup, but the Kat Von D Lipstick shade in the November Box was awful and I can't imagine it suiting anyone, this is the second time there's been a rubbish lipstick shade in a Box, just leaves me feeling a bit flat.

Reasonable price for what you get, good quality products at decent sizes. However it would be better if you could swap out unsuitable items

Great box except the fact that I recieved exactly the same product (nail polish) as I have had a few boxes ago. In addition this black hair leaves a black dust on all the products and I had to wash them one by one. Not a very good presentation of products if I'm getting dirty by touching them.

It seems that the issue with the duplicate Nail Varnish is a packing error.
Skimono masks were nice enough. Most of the make up was decent enough, but the jelly highlighter was utterly bizarre and the primer stings my eyes. Rich kid hair stuff seems quite good too. Probably wouldn't bother continuing my subscription if I hadn't already paid for November and I'm interested to see what kind of products they include in a Christmas box

Absolutely love the monthly Cohorted box, always get high end good quality products and feel its very good value for money. However I was slightly disappointed by September's box. We were told we're were getting a morphe palette as compensation for a product that wasn't included in the August box. I did receive the palette however it was included as part of the total value for the September box...I assumed it would be an 'extra' product. If you take away the value of the morphe palette, the September box didn't have as high a value as the normal boxes.

Items definitely didn’t feel as high quality as the previous box received. Love receiving beauty products but everything had a grainy substance over the packaging. Feel wasn’t luxurious enough sadly and items are still in the original box.
