“Fantastic work from Megan Thirkettle and Frankie Butt - I was failing to get a DIP when using an IFA and also another broker. I knew that if a human underwriter looked at the whole picture rather than AI/automated scoring I would be fine. I got in touch and very quickly had a call from Frankie where we talked everything through and she reassured me that everything looked fine and they would put me before the best lender. A few hours later I had a decision in principle and the case moved over to Megan who worked it with the lender and also kept me updated. Fast forward 9 working days after the initial call and I have the full mortgage offer and couldn't be happier!”
