“Ellis Uren promptly organised me a mortgage and offered good communication throughout. She was quick at replying to emails and any questions asked about the mortgage and the process etc. Rachael Marcucci has since been my point of contact, and she is super speedy at replying to emails and queries. She has resolved small issues quickly and kept me up to date with progress and updates, even when not asked. Both are very friendly, polite and very easy to talk too and have replied early in the morning and into the evening to questions.”

“Service was good just one thing was that there are To many people involved sending emails was difficult to Keep every body in the same loop Victoria Ellen Rachel Lauren and I think I got a phone from one other but no worry’s I’m Happy with every thing”

“CLS provide a friendly but professional service with great recommendations. Communication was key and despite being in the middle of a pandemic, I was always kept in the loop. Ryan was a wonderful first point of contact and Amy was amazing ensuring every part of the process ticked over till the end. Very happy with the service.”

“After being turned down on a couple of applications, we almost have up. I then came across CLS in Google search. Ryan did a sterling job. He even called me on a Sunday🤗As first time buyers, we were overwhelmed by the whole process, but Ryan was always there to answer our questions. Later in Drew took over- I can not praise her enough. Always replied to my emails almost instantly. I will be using CLS in the future and recommend to my friends.”

“Good firm, very informative though was not fully up to date on all mortgage products available Got confusing with advisors being switched for no understandable reason Found us the right product and liased will with proof of info and got us the rate we were after Still waiting to move in, a little more up to date info would be nice to be kept in the loop as the last bit we were advised, we were already informed by the solicitors they recommended”
