“After we used CLS property to sell our home who were also fantastic I also accepted to speak with James one of the brokers. As I had already been speaking to a broker I wasn't too fussed and told him as such. However he has been extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions or queries I've raised calling me straight back and never having to wait. I decided to use them also not just because he's in the same building as Katie (Estate agent) making life easier but because he is so quick to answer and resolve issues whereas my first broker I would often wait for long periods before getting a response which was frustrating. James sorted us out the ideal mortgage for us which was then passed to Sian to handle to follow on tasks. She called and emailed at every step so we never felt ignored or that we didn't know what was going on. Mortgage has now been offered and all is going smoothly. Top class customer service all round from CLS. Will now be our go to mortgage broker service, as they have made it pretty much stress free. Many thanks again”

“I contacted CLS one morning out of pure luck as our dreams were shattered by a previous individual broker. Paul Merrett got in touch within minutes of me submitting my query and reassured me that they can help.. i was needy and his patience and professionalism was second to none.. it all went from there really. I was passed on to Emma Mitchell an absoutle angel and delight to work with. I would contact her daily bless her applying the pressure and nothing was ever to much for her, even if there was no change half hour later lol. Applying for a mortgage through this pandemic was challenging, time consuming and stressful and I never ever thought we’d get there but all thanks to Ems and her positive attitude friendly ways and reassurance, we have & I am sitting here in my empty current living room writing this review with the hope to complete very soon. If you’re like me, left with no hope please contact Paul Merrett & Emma Mitchell at CLS money today, you have nothing to loose. We are on cloud 9 and I will never be able to thank you enough. I will miss you Ems.. xxx”

“thank you so much Ray,Rachael ,Amy for your help and effort for buy house professional work ,i was applied with my self for mortgage and i got mortgage offer acceptance and then Natwest decline the offer with any reason .i found CLS from internet and Rayan ,rachael & Amy got another mortgage offer acceptance from Halifax after one week from mortgage applciation (i didn't expect that will happen ) amazing work with Rayan ,rachael & Amy and today i will the key for new house . much appreciated. thank you so much .Ahmed”

“CLS provide a friendly but professional service with great recommendations. Communication was key and despite being in the middle of a pandemic, I was always kept in the loop.
