“I couldn't recommend a better company! After securing a mortgage via CLS where we were unfortunately gazumped Rachael couldn't have helped anymore than she has. We luckily found another property we had fallen in love with with a higher asking price leaving me and my partner in a panic. After contacting Rachael she has successfully secured us another mortgage in such a short amount of time with the exact same rates as the one we had previously. We can't thank her enough. I will be using CLS again in the future.”

“CLS definitely deserve 5*! This is my second time using CLS and they go that extra mile to help advise and arrange mortgages. I find mortgages a bit confusing to deal with but CLS money take all that worry away :) I would like to say a big thank you to Gemma and especially Victoria for all the hard work and determination of meeting deadlines for completion! They are always happy to help and always available to talk to when you need them! Fantastic customer service skills! Thank you again and I'm sure you'll be hearing from me in the future :)”

“Couldn’t recommend CLS enough, in particular Amy’s help, advice and customer service has been faultless and invaluable. We’re still in the process of buying our first home and although the chain is causing us some unnecessary stress, Amy is supportive and keeping in contact with us on a weekly and sometimes daily basis to offer advice and help. Amy is also liaising with our solicitor, meaning we just have one point of contact throughout. Also a big thanks to Jodie who sorted out our mortgage from the start and also kept us well informed, contacting our lender to correct some details and making the experience so easy. We hope to be in our home very soon and will be recommending CLS to everyone we know.”

“Amy Randall has been dealing with my case, which involves arranging two BTL mortgages and one residential. This all had to be completed to tight deadlines and from start to finish Amy has been fantastic. She has been liaising with the mortgage lenders as well as the estate agent for my purchase, which means less work and stress for me. Always polite and helpful so once again thanks Amy and the team for all your help.”

“Fantastic service from James and Sian. James was extremely helpful at the start of the process, as first time buyers we were so new to all this and made the process seem less daunting and smooth. We were then handed over the Sian who was great. Kept us informed throughout and updated us at every stage. They both were amazing and would get straight back to us via email/phone. I could not recommend CLS Money enough they were brilliant!”

“I must say I wasn’t impressed at all with the customer service or the level of professionalism/knowledge of the job. On the customer service side, there was a lot to be desired. I was constantly chasing emails up for an answer, sometimes it would take over 4 days to get a response. Eventually, I had to call the main office and speak to a member of the client relationship team. She was more helpful and did get our mortgage adviser to reply a bit quicker but by that time we were already annoyed. On the amount of money we could borrow for our mortgage this was a complete joke. I think the girl had just plucked some random figures out of the air. We were advised that we could get a mortgage of £345k which was good and worked with our budget. Then suddenly after about 2 weeks (mainly with me chasing and not getting any reply) we were told that we cant now have a mortgage for that amount and it was dropped by 67k to 278k. We said that this is ridiculous and we would need a minimum of 290k. we were then told that this was impossible and there isn’t a ‘’lender out there that will offer 290k’’. Funny that we have now had a mortgage offer confirmed and agreed with HSBC for 290k when we used another broker, guess he has a magic wand and found someone out there. Personally I think that as we weren’t a typical application, this adviser at CLS didn’t really want the bother of trying to find us another lender which was also backed up by the fact that she never even tried to contact us again to see if we were interested in the offer or if she could be of any further help. Maybe we were just unlucky and there probably are some very good members of this company who do really try. But it shouldn’t be a lottery with who you get. Another point I am concerned that some of the reviews on this website are fake as they contain very similar posts and are using almost identical usernames and of course they're all 5 stars. See the example below.”

“CLS have been fantastic throughout our mortgage process. In particular would like to mention Amy, Hannah ,Ryan and Jodie they were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. Communication was very good and received updates throughout the process CLS is lucky to have this 4. I would definitely recommend CLS and use them again in the future.”
