“The team at CLS have been extremely helpful. They have answered any queries I have had and always got back to me very promptly. James Amy and Jody who have dealt with so far are a credit to the company and I honestly can’t thank them enough for all the help they have given to me and my partner.”

“CLS are very efficient and prompt , Amy in particular liaises with me on a weekly basis concerning our case and always ensures she follows up any enquiries we may have. CLS also go out of their way to search for the very best deals and make sure the customer is 100% happy before proceeding forward. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank 3 staff members in particular at CLS Money for helping myself and partner to get a mortgage. Fraser, Harley and Amy have all been fantastic from start to finish. In particular a big thanks to Fraser, who overcame every hurdle (and there were plenty) to secure our mortgage. You certainly do get what you pay for as they say. Before speaking to Fraser, I tried 2 other mortgage advisors who couldn’t find a product to suit us and we almost gave up hope. But Fraser stuck with it and got us over the line after much hard work. We finally completed on the 15th May. Harley was great with chasing both myself and the lender for documents to speed up the process and Amy did her upmost to put pressure on both the lender and estate agent to ensure we completed in a timely manner. We shall be back with CLS in 2 yrs when our fixed rate ends to get an even better deal. I would recommend CLS Money to anyone wanting to secure a mortgage at a good rate. Thanks guys 👍 (and girls!)”

“Amy has been brilliant and has kept me up to date on progress being made with our Mortgage application and has gone out of her way to do so. As a first time buyer I was expecting a lot more stress but Amy has been seamless in her efforts, along with the rest of the CLS team. “As we complete on Monday with a right to buy I am happy with the overall service of CLS my only frustration as we had a right to buy it was a 1 year 4 month process. But with a difficult home circumstance cls were very understanding and non judgmental”

“Mollie dealt with my request and was really patient and answered all of my questions ensuring I got the best possible mortgage offer to meet my needs. Emma picked up from Mollie and was brilliant too :) Amy picked up my application for the final stage and was amazingly supportive during challenging times with a not so helpful solicitor ensuring that everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. Making the whole end to end process due to complete next week as stress free as possible, a big thank you to the team.”

“Amy was available to assist with any issues and it was a quick process over all. Highly recommend her and her team. However I would use a different solicitor next time as this one wasn’t the best. Thanks.”

“A mortgage was found for us by Fraser and all paperwork was easily completable on line. They helped us find solicitors and they assisted with sending documents to the solicitors were necessary to make the process easier for us. They offered quotes for home insurance and life insurance and made the process very simple.”
