“CLS kept in contact with us throughout our remortgage process so we always knew the stage we were at or if there were any delays. James helped us get a good remortgage deal whilst Amy or Harley regularly contacted us with updates. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.”

“I can't recommend this company enough! Amy Randall and the team are so so helpful, I really wouldn't go to anyone else for my mortgage and financial advice. Even though there were a lot of complications from my end, they managed everything and held my hand through the entire process. So lovely to find a great, warm and friendly person in an equally great company.”

“I have used CLS Money for a couple of years now and recently they managed my re-mortgage. The service was great, I dealt with James but on a day to day basis I liaised with Amy Randall. “There isn't an "excellent" option on this review process and there needs to be. I've known many mortgage brokers and companies through 7 house moves - and CLS - well, I won't even call them that - James, Jody and Amy - have been incredible. A personal but wholly professional service, based on my needs, not their targets; a family orientated group of people that understand the pressure of modern life and get on with the job for you so you can concentrate on the little things. I have referred and referred and referred and referred. In many years of conveyancing, as a buyer, (but also including leading CPD training and conferences for conveyancing lawyers) the team I worked with at CLS have gone above and beyond for me and my family.”

“First time using this company and the amount of help, advice and communication they provide is incredible. Fraser managed to find us the right mortgage for our property, the process was simple and informative. The communication after with Emma, I cannot highly praise her enough! “We were very apprehensive of using a broker and not a High St Bank. Well, we were totally wrong; from the very first meeting they understood our requirements and managed our account brilliantly. They explained the entire process plainly. The account mangers were extremely helpful constantly keeping us updated throughout the entire process, and enquiring if we needed any further assistance. The final comment; would I recommend CLS? Without question they made a difficult process extremely easy and accessible. Thank You .”

“Having previously been a mortgage advisor for a high street Bank many years ago, I have never really had the need to use a broker as my mortgage needs had always been taken care of. Having had some financial issue a few years ago, my credit rating had taken a hit, so looking at re-mortgaging and knowing where to start felt nearly impossible! I had no idea which banks to approach, so I did some research online and came across CLS. I read through all the info on their website and past reviews, and really felt like they could help me. I filled in the enquiry form and less than 24 hours later I received a call from Fraser. He was incredibly helpful, listened to and understood our circumstances and finances and managed to find us a really good deal!! The applications process was really straight forward and seemed far more straight forward than I was expecting. Fraser was clear about what documents we needed and explained everything really well. Our case was then passed over to Emma who was just as friendly and helpful as Fraser. She was really good at communicating with us about what was happening, and would even call even if there was no update just to tell us there was no update!! Our mortgage offer has now been received and we in the final stages of our re-mortgage! The whole process with CLS has been fantastic from day 1. Fraser & Emma are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people I have come across in a long time in the financial services industry, and CLS should be really proud they have them as employees!”

“I was extremely anxious about remortgaging as we wanted to borrow more this year. Gemma took care of everything for us and Jody was great at reassuring me when I was in full worry mode. They've made the whole experience as stress free as possible while maintaining contact to keep me in the loop the whole time.”
