“CLS Money, Morgage Brokers has been a five-star service from the beginning. When the realisation of the main-stream lenders would not provide a mortgage for the property I wished to purchase, CLS Money was my final hope. “Cannot fault CLS at all, Gemma visited us at home and went through everything with us and secured us a great mortgage. Amy has been fab at chasing up the solicitors every week to ensure things keep moving. Would definitely use again and would recommend.”

“CLS arranged a great 2 year fixed rate mortgage with additional borrowings for an extension which we can easily afford. Harley and Fraser were very helpful and patient (especially when I could be quite slow to respond due to work and other commitments). They always explained things clearly and kept us up to date with what was happening every step of the way. We were also impressed with the low fees, which were made clear from the outset with no nasty surprises along the way! We will definitely be in touch again for the next mortgage in 2020.”
