“Nothing but excellent! As first time buyers & being rather anxious of the whole mortgage process to begin with, Lauren Huntley at CLS couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable. “Great service, we are on tier 2 visas, where all the other brokers told us it was not possible or was asking for higher deposits, CLS could secure us a mortgage within our budget and also for a high LTV. Thank you:)”

“This is my first time using CLS Money and I am extremely satisfied with the service received by George Griffiths and Sian Moore. Both of them made the whole process so smooth and any questions I had were answered promptly and they would always be available to speak on the phone. I had such a quick turnaround, 6 days from my initial enquiry to completion of my mortgage! I would 100% recommend CLS Money and use them again myself.”

“This is the second time that I have used CLS Money for my mortgage requirements and I have to say how professional and efficient their services have been on both occasions. My broker this time was Melissa Woolley and she has been brilliant at keeping me informed during the process at every step of the way. “Really helpful - Caitlyn and Amelia were excellent. I really needed to use a mortgage broker as I'm self-employed and didn't know where to start with getting a mortgage. The whole process was quick and smooth. While some mortgage brokers don't charge fees to buyers, I do think the service I received in this case, particularly as a self-employed person, was worth it.”

“CLS helped me in the past when I was very dubious about using an online broker. When it came time to move again, it was a no-brainer to contact them first. Our agent, Melissa, was responsive, knowledgeable, and determined to find us the best deal.
