“Me and my husband had a difficult case to deal with: poor credit score and only 5% initial deposit coming from different sources. I had contacted 4-5 other brokers and noone could find us a mortgage with 5% deposit. Then I started randomly calling websites and I came across CLS Money and in particular Lauren. From the first conversation, her friendly voice reassured us everything will be OK and it was! I know they are the best as I have went throught the difficult route of trying everything out before coming across them! Thanks for making our our dream come true!”

“I can not fault the service from both Charlie and Nicole. I needed to find a good mortgage deal fast due to personal circumstances and was concerned with my past credit history however they managed to find me a brilliant deal which perfectly suited my needs, much better than I thought I’d get This was within 3/4 weeks from first contact to and official offer. Honestly can not thank them enough for the help they’ve provided me!”

“CLS is an excellent service with a team that treat you consistently with courtesy. From the moment I spoke with Charlie who arranged my loan quickly, I was reassured that I would be updated throughout. This is EXACTLY what happened. I was then in contact with Freya whilst going through very challenging circumstances. Honestly without Freya we would not have completed on time, her constant communication between myself and solicitors enabled us to finish on the very last day for the mortgage offer to expire. I am very very grateful, Freya you and your team prevented many tears from being shed! To all of you at CLS that made it happen for me. “Luke from CLS was absolutely amazing. As a single parent, I had tried other well known brokers who were only able to offer me £200K with mortgage providers I had never heard of at interest rates above 5%. Luke spent a lot of time speaking to me and analysing my credit file and details and constantly kept me updated during the process. In the end Luke managed to get me a mortgage for £262K with a reputable high st lender! I thought that getting my dream home was dead in the water but CLS helped me to get that dream home and the fee was well worth paying! The team at CLS held my hand throughout the process from the application to the administration with first rate customer service. Thank you CLS for making my dreams a reality!”

“CLS Money were great. Frankie took me through the process of getting a mortgage, from the beginning to the end, finding out what I needed, answering all my questions, in a really straightforward way. Ellen and Sian discussed insurance with me, making sure I was covered with the appropriate life and buildings insurance. Natalie communicated with the mortgage underwriters and kept me updated. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, very human, and efficient. I'm really glad I used CLS because they made the process much more simple and easy than I remember it being!”
