“We were dealt with by the lovely Angela Little who was exceptionally helpful and professional, and she went the extra mile to secure us a brilliant deal on a mortgage. Communications were excellent and we had an offer within 2 days. We really can't recommend CLS enough and we will most certainly be using them again in the future.”

“I rang CLS. as I was struggling to find a mortage of a very small amount. I had a large sum of capital. And was in process of signing an agrement with another broker. But the day before he said the lenders had declined. I was in process of moveing house. My heart sank. Yes. I had had problems with past debt due to sickness and was on DMP. But really moved on from years ago. I felt trapped. I came across CLS. Rayn was so calm he listened to my issues. He was human said I will see what we can do. I know it's urgent so leave it with me. Next day. Suggested a company. Went through all information. He handed me over to his work collegue. Emma she was so professional always asked if I understood everything. Never felt pressure. I felt had 2 champions supporting me. I just found out I have my loan mortage. I can move and start liveing my life. Walk away from the past. Thank You.”

“I strongly recommend using CLS Money, found them online when searching for a local mortgage brokers and read the good reviews and they really did not disappoint, Sue Bruns was very friendly and took a interest in me and my family to best understand what the best way forward was with my re-mortgage. Will definitely be dealing with Sue at CLS again in the future.”

“Due to inheritance money taking longer than expected we both decided not to pursue right now. However, the speed and the professionalism were second to none. “Could not be happier with how Melissa and Shannon dealt with my case. Melissa and Shannon chased up my provider tirelessly as they were being very slow as banks are. Melissa kept me updated every step of the way leaving me relaxed and confident that my case was in capable hands. I didn’t even realise my fixed rate was coming to an end but CLS money were on the ball with it having helped me get my mortgage in the first place. Really appreciate the follow up. Brilliant from start to finish.”

“Jamie Selby and Lauren Passmore were my mortgage brokers and between them they did a excellent job. They made the process smooth and easy keeping me updated whilst making sure I had sent them all the information they needed. My case was difficult as I only had 1 years books with a excellent credit score, when others told me I wouldn't get a mortgage they went the extra mile and got me one. Well done Jamie and Lauren.
