“I got my property through right to buy scheme. I would highly recommend CLS Money. My advisor Amy has walked with me throughout the process and kept weekly contact with to see how far I was with the council. Very professional and understanding especially when council were delaying to respond. Amy always reassured and she was very understanding of the anxiety I was at times going through.”

“100% recommend CLS with a low credit score and partner is self employed and they were able to find me a mortgage. They made the process very simple and communicates all the way through. I had difficulties through out my process with the house but Amy from CLS phoned me constantly every couple of weeks to see where we were at and generally made me feel better about the process. When I couldn’t get in touch with my solicitor CLS also helped to check what was happening and they have been fantastic..I have now moved into my house stress free! Thank-you Paul and Amy”

“My mortgage has been dealt with by a lady called Lauren passmore and I can’t speak highly enough of her firstly of the job she has done getting all the documents we needed to send to her explaining it step by step making sure I new what I needed to send and second about the way she speaks to you and makes you feel that you are the only case she is dealing with, To me and my family getting a mortgage is probably the most important choice we have made in life and she has made it effortless for us to deal with, constantly keeping us up to date with the process, and to me it feels like she has gone above and beyond what she should be doing, I would highly recommend cls dealing with any mortgage just on the basis that Lauren would be dealing with it”

“After being told by another mortgage broker that we wouldn't be able to get a 95% mortgage due to a small default on our account from 3 years ago we reached out to CLS in the hope they might be able to help us. Within an hour of our first online enquiry Jamie Selby gave us a call and was nothing but helpful from the beginning. He filled us with confidence every step of the way and really knew what he was talking about. While we mainly dealt with Jamie, everyone we have spoken to at CLS have been brilliant and we will definitely be reaching out again in the future when the time comes.”

“Myself and my partner had previously struggled with various mortgage advisors and had been told by one of them that we would not qualify for the mortgage we wanted. After reading the remarkable reviews about CSL money’s services and success rate, we reached out to them. Frankie Butt was amazing and she was more than happy to support us in getting a mortgage. A couple of weeks down the line and we can officially say we have a mortgage with a well established lender! We are absolutely over the moon and cannot thank the staff at CSL enough, especially Frankie Butt and Rachael Marcucci. Additionally, we would just like to say how effective the app is for communicating and sending documents over with ease. We truly couldn’t recommend CSL money enough - thanks again!”

“Thank you to Jamie and Vickie for helping us get our mortgage offer. We can't believe a couple of weeks ago we decided to take the leap to get our dream home and after a no spend year we finally had 5% saved. We didn't think we could do it with this sized deposit and my fear about my credit but we have an offer and we are so excited. Vickie put up with all my emails and borderline harassment with patience so we had a great service.”

“What an excellent service. My mortgage advisor was Jamie Selby and Sophie Osbourne. I had my mortgage offer within 2 days. I was kept up to date throughout the process. Very efficient outstanding service well worth it as it took all the stress out of the financial side of moving home I can’t thank them enough”

“I honestly could not have ever dreamt of being able to get a mortgage 3 months ago, but Angela Little, Amy Randall & the team did all the hard work for us to find the best deal for our criteria, they wouldn’t give up on us & were informative throughout the entire process, keeping us up to date almost daily which I take a lot of appreciation for being kept in the loop. Always a pleasure to speak to over phone or email because of their friendly nature makes the customer service experience 5 star, always! I couldn’t have done this without them and will be forever grateful that I have the peace of mind to be on the property ladder in our first home ready for our baby to be born in December, over the moon!
