“Clayton, Harley and Gemma were extremely helpful, ensuring that I was up to date with the latest developments with my mortgage. Very friendly and understanding. I initially spoke with Clayton who offered a range of alternative for my remortgage, ensuring the best possible mortgage. Harley rang on a regular basis to keep me informed.”

“Excellent customer service! CLS helped answer all of our questions and reassured us, especially being first time buyers it can be daunting. Every time we phoned they were always happy and very helpful. Jo and James always kept us informed on the progress of our moving via Email, which was very useful especially as I couldn't answer my phone at work. Would defiantly recommend to friends/family.”

“James and Joanne helped us move into our first home within 5 weeks - what was even more amazing was that it was at Christmas! They both worked together really well as a team. James is knowledgeable and gave us good advice. Joanne ensured that we were aware what was happening at every stage.”

“James Oakley provided very helpful and professional advice and would always come back to me quickly. He took me through each step of the process and explained any issues/concerns that came up. He always checked in with any updates and would update me with any changes that would be of benefit. James also provided quotes for other services such as solicitors and insurance, but this always felt like an informed quote rather than being pushy. I would recommend James Oakley and the CLS team.”

“Overall very good, but I would have liked to have been offered a number of different mortgage options instead of just one. I also would have liked to have been told up front that agents were working for both fees and and commission.”
