As I first time buyer the whole process was very stressful, but Josh worked really hard to find us a mortgage lender and to give us the best advice. “The service me and my boyfriend have received from CLS Money has been amazing, we were looking at purchasing the house we were renting and we needed a specific mortgage package. CLS Money worked hard to find the right package and were able to make our dream come true and we have managed to purchase our first home after been in the renting market for about 20 years. “After having an awful experience with another broker I took a chance and made a call to CLS and thank god I did! Frankie Butt was amazing she had a full mortgage submitted within 24hrs and a mortgage offer within 4 days. Honestly the best service I have ever received. These guys are highly recommended.”

“Chloe and Lucy have been great at communication. This is my first time doing a remortgage. They was able to switch me from a high interest 7 per cent with Norton homes to Nationwide thank God. Bless them for That 10/10. Everything was illustrated. They were quick to respond to me calls with answers and clarification”

“We dealt overall with a wonderful lady called Amy. She was so professional and polite from start to finish. The communication all the way through from Amy was fantastic. Even if there wasn't any updates, Amy would still call to inform us she was doing everything to hurry things along. As first time property buyers we didn't completely know the process, but we were guided through this all the way by CLS, with nothing seeming any trouble when we needed advice. I would highly recommend CLS ,so much so, my brother in law is currently using them for his house purchase. Thank you Amy for being so lovely, you really did make what could have been a stressful process, a smooth one.”
