Picks up beautifuly but so so hard to push on carpets , am I doing something wrong

Gave 2 star to increase awareness - the limitation of the robotic lawnmower in moving between front and back (main and secondary lawn) are not highlighted. - need more than Meter pass between the two area-. Our gate is less than 1 meter, so for us it ment buying another dock for £90. (and the need to move it between the two places manually). Not sure if it would have changed my decision to buy it or not, so far very happy to see it working (less than one month) but this extra cost and limitation need to be highlighted! communication woth Cleva was easy and they responded quickly.

Average at best , I have a dog and with the light feature you can see what it's NOT picking up. So if you don't have a per a want a maneuverable hoover this will suit you. But I wish I'd saved my money.

It’s a basic machine that does the job but not easily. Biggest issue is that the tubes don’t lock in place and they continually work loose and disconnect while in use. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I purchased the Lawnmaster. The review is not about the machine which still needs proper evaluation, but Customer Service which I found lacking. I had no problems ordering on-line. When I realised the machine was being sent Express 24hr delivery and we would be out the next day, contacted Customer Services to delay the item being sent out. I was informed by Sales that ‘they had no control over despatch but I could change date of delivery by the Carrier’. Wrong!!! On contact by Yodel ‘Delivery preferences were greyed out with a note to say that the Retailer would not allow preferences to be changed! I believe emphatically we should support local industry, but Amazon do better.

I'm unable to work / earn without a vacuum. NDD is prominently advertised if ordered before midday. Unable to speak to anyone before ordering, just an online portal, someone would respond within 48 hours. I had 4 hours to make the purchase for NDD so I had to order before speaking to anyone. Vacuum then took 48 hours to deliver I do not live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland. I do live in Scotland. Disappointed. Vacuum then failed to filter to standard and particulates were emitted into customer property. Using a friend's substitute vacuum until I have time to fully digest instructions and inspect vacuum set up before taking further action

Appalling service , I ordered a Vacmaster on the understanding that it was next day delivery but it took several days before I received it. I think this was a con to get me to buy it .Will not use again. Rentner

I have not used it yet as I am waiting for the lawn to be finished however I wanted it for a long time and I was dismayed that even though I was on the list I was never informed it was back in stock. My wife is Chinese so I know where it comes from and what is involved getting it to you. I am sure a number of customers gave up because they never received a reminder from you regarding when delivery might be made. With regard to the unit, the knob on top that sets the grass-cutting height is not clear enough to see which position is which height. Lawnmower stopped working after 20 mins. No customer service except by emails going back annd forth for days now. Lawnmower excellent while it was working and no more cables. Still awaiting info from Cleva regarding replacement. Disappointed

I am finding it difficult to start the trimmer as I have to press 3 buttons to switch it on 😩

Dispatch/delivery provided did not match what was specified. There is no phone number for Cleva so I emailed them to ask about this but they don't seem to accept that the dispatch/delivery they provided did not match the policy on their website.

It probably is not Clevas fault but I had to cancel one order due to a failed delivery, and reorder. The person I spoke with was helpful enough, but the buying experience was not fully to my satisfaction.
