We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“Website seemed slow and did not load at times. Believed it was a 24 hour delivery but it was 48 hour. Order took 7 days to arrive but I believe it may have been affected by industrial action with the postal service.”

Thank you for leaving feedback. We always advise customers to clear cache and cookies in their browser if the website isn't loading quickly, this usually resolves the issue. I can see from our system that you placed an order for numerous accessories on a Friday afternoon, after the 12pm cut-off for same day dispatch. As per our delivery policy, orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day. “I bought the LawnMaster VBRM16 Robot Mower a long with the cordless strimmer. Got it for a great price buying direct from Cleva and superfast next delivery. I must admit I was slightly sceptical of robot mowers and did wonder how good it would be. I shouldn’t have worried this little machine is brilliant, just drop and go, any patches it does miss just press the circular mow option and drop the mower over that area. My garden is circa 85sq meters and it copes fine. Any negatives, well only it won’t get right up to the edges but I kind of expected that as this mower doesn’t use the boundary wire solution like others but it isn’t any hassle to run around with a cordless strimmer and finish off. Mowing my lawn used to take me about 45 mins now with the robot I just let him crack on and I finish off the edges, takes me five mins! Very happy, a highly recommended product for any UK garden.”
