We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“The first attempt was disaster despite choosing 24hrs express service. Waited for 3 days and then contacted them via email. Later on found out that they have to dispatch a new product once again due to some issues with DPD and finally received the product. Thanks to Shelly from customer advisor for keeping me in track for the second order.”

The order was delivered and having difficulty getting any speed of response to return the item. Not having a customer service telephone number to call and having to wait days in between emails is most frustrating.”
