I didn't receive the item next day as specified and the tracker did not give any details as to where my item was. This was bought as a birthday gift and I was then worried it wouldn't arrive in time, however I contacted Cleva and they apologised about the delay, gave me a discount refund and the item arrived the next day.
Problems happen and it's how they are dealt with that matters👍
