About Cleva UK & Ireland:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“As the first parcel was lost, a replacement was sent again by Royal mail. The parcel was left on the flags by the front door. There had been a knock on the door but there was no sign of a Royal Mail van or employee when i opened the door. There is a brass bell push at the side of the wooden front door which works but was not operated when the parcel was left.”

“I purchased the Lawnmaster. The review is not about the machine which still needs proper evaluation, but Customer Service which I found lacking. I had no problems ordering on-line. When I realised the machine was being sent Express 24hr delivery and we would be out the next day, contacted Customer Services to delay the item being sent out. I was informed by Sales that ‘they had no control over despatch but I could change date of delivery by the Carrier’. Wrong!!! On contact by Yodel ‘Delivery preferences were greyed out with a note to say that the Retailer would not allow preferences to be changed! I believe emphatically we should support local industry, but Amazon do better.”
