We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“Slight hiccup in the order of a replacement mower blade (in part my fault) but wonderfully resolved by Deb to my complete satisfaction. Great products at a reasonable price and great customer service. I wish them well.”

“Delivery very good but I thought the assembly instructions were very poor as could not tell which side the middle bars fitted around. Even 2 different colour sticker ie Red for Right and Lilac for Left with the illustrations showing the L and R with the colour code would have helped. One tooth was broken off an element prior to me opening the box also the side bars had previously to me receiving the box had broken through the box so possible padding should be thought about. Disappointed the lawnmower doesn’t have a simple draw in design feature to draw in long grass strands either side.”

“I have had robot mowers before and whenever anything went wrong with them I had to go to the seller for any sort of solution to a problem. My final problem was a charging station which suddenly failed to work and both the transformer and the charging station had given up …. I’m afraid on that occasion the seller was unable to help me and the maker when asked if I could purchase a new charging station flatly refused and did not want to know! Cleva is the complete opposite!! The people I have dealt with are more than helpful and dealt with my request immediately! They are in my experience the ONLY makers of robot mowers who will address problems instantly and actually live up to the name of “after sales service” Thank you Cleva thank you and thanks once again!”
