We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“Brilliant service from cleva. I ordered the vacmaster 30ltr wet and dry vac top end one day and it was delivered next day. I ordered because my original although still working great had a problem with the power taken off not shutting down. At under £30 it's like getting a new 30l wet and dry vac with a PTO. Great service, great vacuum at a great price.”

“Mower arrived but will not charge after hours and hours. Hard to find a number for customer services so had to email them, they acknowledged our email but didn’t respond for several days. Now they want us to send photos or video of the issue, ie. it not a charging (???). Long-winded process, had the mower over a week and not been able to use it yet (or for the foreseeable). Very disappointing.”

“Hi, I have not been able to start using it, I have put charged battery in place followed instruction about pressing the two buttons but it has failed to start. I have tried three times and it has failed to do anything. I will try once more over this weekend then if it does not work I will return it to you!”

“Somewhat disappointed with customer service. I'd ordered the 34 cm but realised I could get the 37 cm for the same price. But customer service wouldn't do an exchange without the 34 cm mower being sent to me and then returned by me, thereby me having to spending return postage and the hassle of returning it. I'd have thought it would have been a simple matter to cancel my original order and replace it with a new order for the 37 cm.”
