“Hamper was great. Issue was delivery driver dumped the package at the wrong location. Rather than going to the house left the parcel outside a random set of stables not linked to the property so we're lucky to receive the hamper”

“Hamper is lovely but sadly was delivered to the wrong address on the next day after our preferred delivery date. Luckily our neighbours down the road are honourable people who let us know that the hamper had been delivered to them in error.”

“I have contacted you numerous times regarding items not being delivered when they should have been, you then advised you were sending out 7 hampers for Monday delivery, which clearly did not go to plan as you have already delivered one today to the wrong address. Frankly I am at a loss to understand how this has gone so wrong at your end.”
