“Recipient happy with the content but arrived far too early. Website said two or three days from ordering, mine was delivered next day. Good service yet but too early for the recipient's Birthday so a bit disappointing overall, delivery dates need to be more accurate.”

I would like to explain the reason for the early delivery, you selected the free delivery which is normally fulfilled in 2-3 Working days. However we have an exception to the rules, where if the hamper contains cheese, scones or cream, then we dispatch this on a next day service so that the goods are not soiled. Please accept my apologes that this was not made clear to you when you placed your order. Our number one goal is to make our customers happy, so we are delighted that you appreciate the effort we put into providing excellent service.
