“The Hamper itself was excellent; tasty scones, lovely cakes, delicious tea. Honestly my only issue was the delivery, but that was kind of a biggie; It arrived on the wrong day, and the delivery man put it over the fence (which was explicitly _not_ on the instructions) rather than pass it to one of the neighbours!”
