“I have had a phone call from my 96 year old mother, who still lives independently. She is absolutely delighted with the hamper she has received from you today. Her age precludes a lot of items in many hampers but your 'afternoon tea' was absolutely spot on for her, with it's traditional and very tempting contents. You have made a very old lady very happy, so may I thank you very much for that and for your excellent and reliable service. It was a relief to know that she has something to comfort her when we were unable to be there ourselves. I will thoroughly recommend you to others and definitely use you again. Thank You!”

“The customer service provided by Hampers.com has been absolutely exceptional. Their customer care team responded so swiftly to my emails and were positively delighted to help with my queries.
