“I live in Canada and several years ago my Nan asked me to help her figure out a gift for family in the UK. I went online and found Hampers.com, read some reviews and decided to give it a try. Together we scrolled through so many beautiful options until we found the perfect solution for a couple with a young child, it had something for everyone. There are options for every price point and they are seemingly unlimited in variety. We placed our order easily and were even allowed to customize a delivery date and message for our family. The process was simple and easy and we received email updates as to the status of our order including when it was delivered. Our Family called to rave about the beautiful gift, they were so happy with the quality of its contents which just solidified the feeling that I had indeed found the perfect gift. Fast forward a few years of Christmas gifts from Hampers.com to the same family with the same consistent wonderful service and quality products, this year we preordered for delivery on December 22. On December 17th we found out that their circumstances and changed suddenly and they were going to be moving out of their home into a temporary place before Christmas because their new home wasn’t ready yet. My Nan’s panic set about the gift we ordered not getting to them but I told her even though it’s last minute and inconvenient I have a feeling hampers.com will be able to help. I emailed customer service on the evening of December 17th (5 hours behind UK time) and when I woke up in the morning I had received a very kind email from Zane from customer service saying that the new address I had given had been adjusted and our packed would be delivered on the 22nd as planned and stating if there was anything else they could do to help, not to hesitate to reach out again, either to Zane personally or to another agent and provided me once again with the order information I would need if I did have any issues. Incredible service from day 1 (several years ago) but in my opinion this quick, friendly, helpful, last minute delivery request change just goes to show that Hampers.com has incredible service on top of the ease of ordering and quality products. Thank you Zane for putting my Nan’s panic to an end and for delivering another beautiful gift basket to my family at their temporary home making it seem just a little more like a familiar Christmas. It was received on time and appreciated for its variety and quality and we couldn’t be more happy about it. I whole heartedly recommend using hampers.com to find something for any occasion, we look forward to next Christmas to choose another as is now our tradition”

“I ordered my hamper October 23 for delivery December 23. Mid December the recipient moved house which sent me into sheer panic. I contacted Hampers.com and I have to say the level of service extended to be was first class. I received a very quick response and the delivery address was changed in super fast time. I'm extremely grateful the hamper arrived at it's new destination at the agreed date and time. Thank you, amazing job.”

“I booked this hamper for my family as a very last minute gift and was stunned at the speed and efficiency of the order. I think it was 24 hours from order to delivery three days before Xmas. Am told the contents are very appealing and they were very happy to get it.”
