“I used them for a Christmas Hamper. Ordered what i wanted easily and wuickly got a reply and was updated all the way up to delivery which was on the exact date and time promised. Very professional. Will definitly use them again!”

“My partner’s family loved it! Pretty much next day delivery with regular delivery updates and the content was exactly what was promised. Think this has earned me some brownie points so I can’t give it anything less than 5 stars. I will definitely be ordering again.”

“I cannot comment on the quality of the hamper as it was not received as per my rating below. This was the fault of the courier company delivering to the wrong address. However once I contacted Hampers.com, they very quickly responded and they have refunded the cost of the hamper. The rating is for fantastic customer service.”

“Products are great but customer service outstanding. One of my gifts was reported as delivered by evri but the recipient hadnt received it. Was sorted by the customer service team in less than 24 hours and order replaced (alternatively I could have had a refund). No fuss, no qualms, they were happy to replace.”
