I have only recently started using hampers.com, mainly for christmas and birthday presents. However, durng this new partnership, i have forund the company to be trustworthy and honest in their dealings with me. I have not received any adverse commemts on the hampers contents, packaging or delivery. it is my intention to used hampers.com for all my future hamper needs.

With my daughter and her partner how living in London, sending quality gifts from New Zealand is not only difficult, but also expensive. I ordered 2 hampers for different people to be delivered on different dates. Unfortunalely I had to cancel one of them. This was done quickly and efficiently. i dealt with Steve. He was very kind and helpful. the other hamper arrived on time and the recipients are delighted with it. All in all a great shopping experience and I will definitely use this company in the future. As I don't live in UK I find the Hampers excellent for sending to my son in London. He photographs the hampers when they arrove to show me how great they are. Have recommended hampers to friends as I and so pleased with the product. :)

After contacting the company re a delivery problem, it was immediately rectified and both recipients received their gifts on the due date. Both messaged me to say they loved them. Few companies would deal with problems as effeciently as this. Thank you
