“Although there was a technical issue with delivery to my chosen address via the website, customer services were very helpful sorting everything out over the phone. The hamper arrived a day later than my selected Sunday date but I think that was down to the delivery partner. The recipients were delighted with the hamper itself.”

“The content and packaging of the hamper was excellent quality. Website extremely easy to navigate, search and order. We did have an issue with the order being lost by the delivery company, however hampers.com dealt with the issue quickly and professionally and it was tn delivered 2 days later. Things can go wrong but what’s important is how well a company deals with it and hampers.com exceeded expectations.”
