My daughter is at University in London. I ordered a "create your own" hamper and many of the items requested were not in the hamper when it arrived for her long Easter weekend. I had added fruit, croissants and bottle beverages all of which were not included in the hamper. If I had wanted a "Generic" hamper I would have picked one. I understand at times there needs to be substitutions but there was not even an attempt to make substitutions. The hamper consisted of some meats and candies. A very, very, disappointed customer! Ann

You say my 'opinion matters'. However, this is the forth time I have had to express my dissatisfaction with your service, and I am yet to get any response. I shall be calling soon in a hope to get some indication that you actually care for your business, let alone your customers.

Hi Dougie, We are terribly sorry the parcel arrived late, we do state in our terms and conditions that it is a preferred delivery date, not a guaranteed date. the hamper has not been delivered or it has been sent to the wronge address I have spoken with Pam Gent and she has received nothing yet I have an email letting me know that it has been signed for by a person call John ? THERE IS NO ONE BY THAT NAME WHO LIVES AT THAT ADDRESS. ORDER NUMBER IS 362169

I am another extremely disappointed customer with the service received from Hampers.Com. I have used this company with great ease and efficiency for the last two years to send a Hamper to my elderly aunt, but this years experience has been a total nightmare.... Two days after completing my order,I received an email stating I had not completed the transaction - to which I supplied my Paypal receipt. The next email I received was asking me to confirming the delivery details supplied - were not my aunts, but the complete name and address of another person - no connection to me... More emails, the last stating "The parcel has left us and has arrived at the delivery depot." one day prior to my requested delivery date, but I am still waiting to establish if it was delivered - there are no details of the entire transaction on the website Ahhhhhh....

Hi Carolynne, We have tracked your order for you and it was delivered on the 18th December & signed for by a Langford. We do apologise that you had some issues after placing your order. Hi Ray, Im not sure how we can respond to your review, except to prove it obviously is not true as yours is on here! Reviews.co.uk are an independent website and we can only post replies to verfied reviews that they will publish, whether thats 1 or 5 star they all go on here. We are currently experiencing a high number of 5 star reviews, as I guess people appreciate the hard work in not letting them down this Christmas. This is something we work hard all year to achieve. Currently 81% of our reviews are 5 star and the remaining are made up of 4 stars and below, see pie chart at the top of the page. Of course we don't always get it right and people will leave a review based on their experience, but to leave a 1 star review, simply because there is to many five star reviews does not really help anyone.

Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing with regard to the above order number which I ordered on September 30th for delivery on Friday 3rd October. The hamper was not delivered until yesterday, Tuesday 6th which is so disappointing. Had I ordered the day before I could begin to understand the delayed delivery but not with three days notice. Not one day late either but three days late which is unacceptable. If there is a possibility of that kind of delay I think that you owe it to your customer to communicate when the order has been placed and offer an alternative that could be delivered on time. I look forward to receiving your response This is the e-mail I sent 2 days ago. Now what's another disappointment is that i haven't received a reply but i have received your automated request for a review.....

Missed the target delivery date by Two working days and I had to chase to find out what was going on. No note left on failed delivery attempt. And worse still there was no indication or message with the hamper so mum had no idea who sent it despite me filling one in with the order. I won't be using this outfit again.

I ordered a hamper to be delivered on 16 June 2014 An attempt to deliver it failed on 14 June according to the tracking log. It seems no further comments are in the tracking log. The log repeats a ridiculous number of times. Please inform me what has happened to the hamper. Most disappointed in your latest service which has gone down hill over several years!!!!

NO delivery on the date chosen ( Sat June 14th) for A Father's Day surprise hamper. Sadly my father now thinks I forgot. I live in NZ and this would have been great. I wouldn't use this company again as I feel they disappointed me and it maybe the last Father's Day my father would celebrate with his failing health. Very Poor effort.

You seem incapable of delivering to the correct address even when you are informed that there has been a change of address. The last delivery was typed in by us as to name and address yet you reverted to an old address and my nieces maiden name when you complete the order My name is David Goodman and I am in Sydney and after many many years of using Hampers I will look for a new hamber company
