“I ordered yet another hamper ( happy customer) but i made a mistake with delivery date. I emailed customer service on 26/7 and was responded to very promptly, my hamper was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service. Receipient very happy.”

“I was looking for a nice gluten free hamper to send for a special wedding anniversary. Hampers.com do have a gluten free option- but there were very limited choices and even then it was presented in a cardboard box, rather than a nice wicker hamper. When I contacted customer service, I was told they could not pack the hamper contents into a basket for me. Delivery went well but shame on Hampers.com for discriminating against people with a lifelong medical problem”

“Great products!! We order from Australia for Uk gifts, not seeing/feeling what your buy is always hard, but this company make it all easier.
