The recipient loved the hamper! The only reason it doesn't have full marks is because the website doesn't allow you to add additional items (Preserve Jam was not in the original hamper I selected) or switch items out (E.g. Alcoholic for non alcoholic)

Their selection is amazing. I chose 2 different ones to accommodate my friends different palates. They were overjoyed. Hampers were quick to respond on my change of delivery date and made my order stress free. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Friendly and quick response and delivery. I ordered the Gentleman's hamper for my dad's birthday - the gift exceeded expectations with a wonderful variety of sweet and savoury treats. Particular highlights included the fruit cake and fudge! I would definitely recommend this product and company.

I wanted a hamper for a friend who only told me it was his 50th last Friday. I went online and found the perfect hamper and was able to have it delivered Sunday. Fantastic service, and my friend was absolutely delighted with the hamper. Thanks!

Their customer service was pathetic. After placing my order I was sent 2 emails saying my order was incomplete. I had been charged but could not find the problem. I tried to contact hampers but no reply. I placed another order which was an exact copy. The recipient received 2 hampers on different dates. Hampers did not query this and I was charged twice!

The Hamper choices are excellent. Ordering was so easy, I ordered the Champagne hamper for my sister's birthday. I live in Costa Rica, she lives in Fife, Scotland. So many sites do not allow me to order, and they will now have all my business for birthdays and holidays for my family. It arrived exactly as promised, my sister was thrilled with her gift. A definite 10/10 rating

I haven’t heard from my friend yet but I imagine the contents were fine. It’s becoming more expensive to send less but again, that is the reality atm. My only complaint is that I requested the delivery for the 29th of April and the hamper was delivered on the 27th of April, thus spoiling the surprise.
