Customer service via email was extremely quick and attentive, it’s nice to have a personal service. Hamper was delivered on the sooner end of the estimate. Love it.

This hamper was given to my brother who is donating his Kidney to our cousin, he was so humbled to receive this gift even though there is no better gift that what he is doo g, it brought tears to his eyes

I ordered yet another hamper ( happy customer) but i made a mistake with delivery date. I emailed customer service on 26/7 and was responded to very promptly, my hamper was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service. Receipient very happy.

I was looking for a nice gluten free hamper to send for a special wedding anniversary. Hampers.com do have a gluten free option- but there were very limited choices and even then it was presented in a cardboard box, rather than a nice wicker hamper. When I contacted customer service, I was told they could not pack the hamper contents into a basket for me. Delivery went well but shame on Hampers.com for discriminating against people with a lifelong medical problem

The website was easy to use and the hampers were delivered promptly. I never saw the hampers as they were a gift for my niece. But she messaged me that they were really lovely.

Thought I was buying Marks & Spencer product. However quality was excellent and will definitely use them again. My disabled son sent me your hamper for my birthday and assumed that was from M&S that is why I ordered the same again!

Great products!! We order from Australia for Uk gifts, not seeing/feeling what your buy is always hard, but this company make it all easier. Ordered from them several times - unfortunately this time our gift tag/label wasn’t present with our personal message. Our recipient didn’t know who to thank! Bit awkward! Otherwise great!!
