Ordered a hamper for a last minute Christmas present, received my today, I'm so happy with it, it's lovely. Lovely presentation box, lovely products, excellent service, kept up to date with everything delivery etc. Highly recommended. Will order again.

According to the person in the UK to whom this hamper was sent , she was extremely pleased with it. I was told that the food was tasty and the wine was very good.. it is one of the best gifts that I have sent according to the recipient.

Sorry I am rating the delivery. I live in Australia giving my Uncle a gift. NO SIGNATURE WAS GIVEN SO THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH. The Hamper just left on the door step, they didn't even bother knocking or ringing the bell. Luckily the front door is half glass and he could see a shadow at the door. The driver should knock or ring the bell. I am sure a lot of parcels get stolen. At 3.30am Australia time I got up and called him to make he knew it was there. Very disappointing.

Dear Jane, Thank you for your feedback regarding the delivery. We are sincerely sorry that the delivery driver did not notify the recipients of their gift being left! I am glad to know that the recipients luckily saw a shadow at the door that notified them of the courier. We shall pass your feedback on to the couriers to ensure this does not happen again. Service is very prompt but couple of points. Firstly, when perishables are in the box this should be stated on the outside so the recipient knows to open . Secondly, for the cost they could be better presented rather than just all thrown in the box . Maybe a bit of decoration ?

The Hamper for my daughter was a Christmas present. Hampers .com kept me up to date with text messages on its progress. DHL also had a tracking facility. It arrived within 15 minutes of the estimated time . Very efficient. Thank you both.

everything happened as it should until the point of delivery. DPD delivery left parcel on top of wall in full view of the road for anyone to pick up all in the pouring rain so the parcel was soaked soggy cardboard. No attempt to use intercom at gate.

I ordered a gift basket and was given a delivery date yesterday the 18th. They sent a message that the parcel had been delivered, however, I don't know to who because it's a day later and I'm still waiting for my parcel. Trying to get through to Evri who was supposed to be the delivery company and have gotten nowhere. I will not recommend or use again.
