Very good range of responsibly sourced products, delivery is always on time. The recipients I have ordered them for are always very satisfied. I will treat myself someday also :D

Bought two hampers as gifts and they were sent very promptly and received by my colleagues within a couple of days and they were very happy with the contents.

Okay... first of all. Hampers.com used Evri to deliver the hamper. As most people know - Evri pretty much sucks. And they didn't disappoint. They "lost" (read - delivery driver decided to have himself an early christmas and ate and drank) the hamper. They didn't bother telling me this and just had the hamper in a state of limbo for 10 days. When I contacted hampers.com about this they immediately dispatched another hamper, next day delivery, with DPD. It arrived the next day and my mum was super happy. Well done Hampers.com!

Unfortunately I had to cancel the order as the recipient has been taken into hospital & is critically ill. The professionalism & compassion shown by Rachel was exemplary she not only dealt with the issue but was very sensitive to me as I was very upset - bless you Rachel x

Ordering from New Zealand is always hard however I really wanted to send something to my daughter and partner who are now resident in the UK and our first Christmas apart. They absolutely loved the hamper, messaging re my order, processing and delivery was much appreciated. Thank you
