“Okay... first of all. Hampers.com used Evri to deliver the hamper. As most people know - Evri pretty much sucks. And they didn't disappoint. They "lost" (read - delivery driver decided to have himself an early christmas and ate and drank) the hamper. They didn't bother telling me this and just had the hamper in a state of limbo for 10 days. When I contacted hampers.com about this they immediately dispatched another hamper, next day delivery, with DPD. It arrived the next day and my mum was super happy. Well done Hampers.com!”
