“CYC… My favourite detailing company to order from. I placed an order for a few goodies only to realize the day after that I forgot a few things. So I called Tim and he said that he’ll add the extra bits to the parcel or if it has left already, he’ll ship the rest free of charge. This morning DPD delivered the parcel including the extra bits. AWESOME customer service…! As always, the delivery communications were excellent and you know exactly when DPD will deliver. The products were very well packaged without unnecessary waste to clog up your bin. 10 out of 10 for a very professional outfit and exceptional service. Thanks Tim and CYC team…! Regards, Johan”

“In Sweden there are just a few places to go if you have a passion for detailing and want products for enthusiasts. After a selective search on the net i found CyC and decided to go shopping. A great decision! Fast shipping, great information about products, competitive prices and a professional treatment with a person-to-person feeling. “Not very impressed. A week has passed and order still not complete. Also the products I did receive had bits missing and arrived before the online status said it had even been dispatched so lucky enough I was at home when the delivery arrived otherwise I would have miss it. Not a very good service for a first time buyer. Very disappointing!”
