This machine is brilliant for drying my car so much so I cannot believe I waited so long to get one. The hose is absolutely huge and reaches right around the car (suv) without having to much the main blower around. However after 3 uses the main power control knob broke off (very cheaply made) so I contacted cleanyourcar via their online customer support nearly 2 weeks ago and heard NOTHING back from them. My customer enquiry ticket number is KIO-15302. My advice to anyone thinking of getting one would be to purchase from another retailer who actually has a customer service infrastructure as cleanyourcar certainly hasn’t.
